2.1 Non-Affiliation & Trademarks (Nominative Fair Use)

Independent Entity: Whiskey Origins LLC is an independent educational business and is not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with any distillery, spirits manufacturer, parent company, or brand referenced on this website or during live presentations.
Trademark Ownership: All product names, brand logos, distillery names, and registered® or unregistered™ trademarks displayed or mentioned belong exclusively to their respective owners.
Nominative Fair Use: References to specific distilleries, products, historical figures, or professional credentials (e.g., Executive Bourbon Steward, Tennessee Squire) are made strictly for historical, educational, descriptive, and credentialing purposes under the doctrine of nominative fair use. 2.3 Event Participant Waiver Requirement

Attendance at any live presentation or sensory workshop hosted by Whiskey Origins LLC requires every participant to execute a digital or physical Event Participation, Assumption of Risk, and Release of Liability Waiver. Private hosts are responsible for ensuring all guests complete this requirement prior to the start of the masterclass. Refusal to execute the waiver will result in exclusion from the presentation without refund.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

3.1 Ownership of Content

All content available on whiskeyorigins.com and utilized within our live presentations—including but not limited to slide decks, historical timelines, custom sensory wheels, presentation scripts, logo emblems, artwork, graphics, audio-visual materials, and written copy—is the exclusive intellectual property of Whiskey Origins LLC and protected under United States and international copyright laws.
